For our next ‘Hot Food Friday’ on 24th August, Hilltop Farm from Cotheridge will be bringing a hog roast. The Hilltop pigs are free-ranging Middle Whites that have been slow grown and fed on a natural diet. Their meat is sweet and succulent, and is served with delicious fresh rolls from their local bakery, together with stuffing and homemade apple sauce. There will be falafel burgers available too.
This will be the last Hot Food Friday before this year’s hop harvest, so after the visit from Hilltop Farm, food evenings will resume again in October.
